Full Moon Bakehouse

By placing an order with Full Moon Bakehouse, you agree to the following terms. We’ve written these in plain language, no legalese.

Orders & payment

Payment is collected securely at the time of ordering or delivery, depending on the method available. We do not store payment card information on our servers.

One-time orders placed by Wednesday at 3pm will be delivered that Friday. Orders placed after Wednesday at 3pm will be delivered the following Friday.

Toast Club and CSB deliveries are made on Tuesdays.

Subscriptions (Toast Club & CSB)

Toast Club runs on credits. You may cancel at any time from your account page, with no notice period. We don’t refund credits you’ve already bought, but any you haven’t used stay yours: use them before you go, gift them to someone else, or ask us to donate their value to a local food pantry on your behalf.

CSB (Community Supported Bakery) shares are committed for the full cycle (6 or 12 weeks) at the time of enrollment. Early cancellation is not available once a cycle has begun, except in extenuating circumstances at our discretion.

Delivery

We deliver within the Eau Claire area. Delivery windows are communicated at the time of order. While we do our best to be on time, delivery times may vary due to weather, road conditions, or bake schedule. We will always communicate delays.

Delivery fees are $5 within Eau Claire and $10 to Altoona, Chippewa Falls, and Menomonie. Free delivery applies to one-time orders of $50 or more, and is always included with Toast Club and CSB shares.

Food safety & allergens

Full Moon Bakehouse is a Wisconsin-licensed cottage food operation. Our kitchen is not allergen-free. Our baked goods are produced in a home kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and other common allergens.

If you have a severe allergy, we are probably not the right fit for you. We can’t guarantee a safe environment for serious allergic reactions. Please reach out before ordering if you have any concerns about a specific ingredient or dietary restriction.

Our right to refuse service

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will not be charged.
